Course Description

What does it mean to "put on the whole armor of God"? In this engaging one-time Bible Club class, learners will explore Ephesians 6:10–18 and discover how God gives believers everything they need to stand strong in their faith. Together, we'll learn about each piece of the Armor of God—the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shoes of the gospel of peace, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and sword of the Spirit. We'll talk about what each piece represents, why Paul compared our faith to a soldier's armor, and how these spiritual truths help us trust God, make wise choices, and live for Him each day. As we study each piece of armor, learners will become Armor Designers! They'll create and decorate their own unique suit of spiritual armor by designing each piece as we learn about it. This creative activity helps reinforce the lesson while allowing children to use their imagination and personalize what they've learned. We'll wrap up class with a fun review game to help learners remember each piece of the Armor of God and what it represents. Whether your learner is already familiar with this well-loved passage or hearing it for the first time, they'll leave class with a deeper understanding of God's Word, a creative Armor Designer project to take home, and the encouragement to remember that God equips us to stand strong in Him every day.
