*Both secular and faith-based courses are reviewed to ensure they align with our content guidelines.

Not only are we your biggest cheerleaders, but we're also dedicated to cultivating a community of teachers who cheer each other on. Our Teacher Hub group is a space for teachers to connect, ask questions, gather feedback, share wins, and more!
As we grow, we’ll continually be expanding our teacher support offerings. This will include regular live feedback meetings, a library of training resources, dedicated staff to offer guidance and support, professional development training, mentorship, and more.
To best support the success of teachers, new teachers will be invited to join our marketplace based on demand. Applications are always open, but there may be times when onboarding is paused so the market isn't flooded with more classes than learners can fill.
Gone are the days of altering class content to remove religion and faith. Enjoy teaching what YOU want* without compromising your values or experience. Whether it's secular, faith-based, or religion courses, they are all welcome on our marketplace.
Schedules and class rates are set by teachers. You are in control of how often you teach, your class rates, and the minimum and maximum number of learners for each course. Teachers earn 70% of the payments from every class taught.
Our marketplace is simple to navigate, making it frictionless for families to enroll in courses they love. We utilize our social media platforms, newsletters, & community groups to make it simple to connect teachers with excited families.

The first step is applying! Before you apply, there are a few things you’ll want to have prepared:
Once you have all three pieces ready, fill out an application here.
Next, a team member will reach out to schedule 1–2 virtual interviews with applicants we feel will make positive additions to the WonderWell Learning community. Some of the questions we’ll cover include:
Before officially joining the marketplace, all teachers must verify their identity and clear a background check. To ensure the safety of our community, both are mandatory.
Identity verification is completed by submitting one valid government photo ID: a driver’s license, state ID card, or passport.
Background checks are completed through Checkr — free, confidential, and secure. They may take a few business days and review the SSN trace, sex offender registry, global watchlist, and national & county criminal searches.
Once your background check clears, you're in! We can't wait to welcome you to our community.
Identity verification is one-time, but background checks are conducted annually. All teachers must keep an active, clear check to continue teaching year after year.
The final step in the hiring process is onboarding — where we cross our t’s and dot our i’s on the legal side. You’ll complete contractor agreements, payment set-up, tax forms, training, and more through our HR and payroll partner, Gusto.
You’ve made it through the more formal pieces — here’s where the fun begins. Set up your teacher profile! Choose your best headshot and prepare a bio that lets families get to know you, your personality, and your teaching style.
It’s time to create your first course! All courses — even from our most experienced teachers — are submitted for admin review and approval before going live. Once approved, you’re free to create as many sessions as you’d like and open your course for enrollment.
